Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Trapeznikov was proclaimed the interim head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic in Donetsk on Friday.

The local authorities' Minister of Finance Aleksandr Timofeev and two others were injured in the explosion.
According to local reports, the explosive device was placed in a car near the cafe.
