प्रशिक्षणमा उनले आक्रोशित हुँदै भने, शान्ति पूर्ण राजनीतिमा अवरोध हुन्छ भने विकल्पमा जानै पर्छ, तयार हुनुहोला ।

चुनाव विथोल्ने गतिविधी गरेको भन्ने निहुँमा आफ्ना कार्यकर्ता धमाधम पक्राउ गरेको भन्दै बिरोधमा आक्रोशित हुदै त्यस्तो निर्देशन दिएका हुन् ।

महासचिव विप्लवले अबको १० देखि १५ बर्ष भित्रमा राज्यसत्ता आफ्नो नियन्त्रणमा आउने बिश्लेषण सुनाउदै उनले, अहिलेको राज्य व्यवस्था बाट उत्पीडनमा परेको वर्ग सँग संवाद बढाउन निर्देशन दिएका छन्।

त्यसैबेला उनले युवा कार्यकर्तालाई आन्तरिक प्रशिक्षण दिदै उनले, हतियार सहितको संघर्षका लागि मानसिक रुपमा तयार हुन निर्देशन दिएका हुन्।
