Our Heroic Arab peoples,
These days the imperialist Zionist and reactionary attack on our Arab nation is sharpened. In the previous years, imperialists and their puppets used their armies, weapons and bombs, however, nowadays they are laying together with all their armory behind their actual mask : the slogan of “democratization”, calls of “peaceful change”, “political freedom”, “pluralism”, “parliamentary road” and sinister electoral plays which will never change the political and economic situation but will only lead to further intensification of oppression slavery and fragmentation we are living in our Arab country.
Laying behind such fake mask and slogans, imperialists are nowadays pushing their local Arabic obscurantist and opportunist puppets to execute their dirty plans. It’s again the drums of war and military aggression: after the occupation of Iraq in 2003, Libya in 2011, here are the imperialists and their tools the Zionists and local reactionary classes intensifying their campaign, gathering their mercenaries to launch war of aggression against Syria. The world imperialism, living the structural economic crisis, is trying to overcome this situation by throwing the crisis consequences on oppressed peoples and nations.
Our Arabic country is one of the oppressed peoples and nations whose hope of national liberation and radical social emancipation is subject to all kinds of aggression by mobilizing all military and political means, economic subjugation plans and disinformation… imposing national and class capitulation is their entry to perpetuate our oppression, the persecution and fragmentation of our nation and our land’s occupation. Our people’s status of living in cities and in rural areas reached a degree of misery led to an inevitable blast emerged into uprisings within rural areas and cities.
Mass got up spontaneously against hunger, unemployment and social injustice… got up to emerge her shelved anger which the genuine revolutionary forces couldn’t frame or influence (due to her absence or weakness) by high lightening to the masses the real causes and sources of their misery with connection to the reality of imperialists oppression imposed on our Arab country (through the colonial settlement intervention and the fragmentation of our land) and which its confrontation represents the principle entry to social emancipation for oppressed people through grabbing all Political power in favor of oppressed classes alliance and this by the sole mean for victory :The long-term people’s war.
The global economic crisis is not the recent days or months outcome nor the struggle between imperialists themselves nor their oppression to world peoples and nations whose struggle has never stopped. For this, imperialists and their puppets were preparing plans and tactics to insure the survival of our oppression and crush any revolutionary forces standing against them and mobilizing the mass to fight their projects. And when the ideological & political clearness were absent and stumbled the building of the revolutionary organizational weapons to lead people and fight our enemies: the world imperialists (mainly U.S) and her tools the Zionists and local Arab puppets, the so-called “Arabic Spring” has been launched representing the practical slogan of the imperialist reactionary colonial plan to perpetuate oppression and feudal exploitation.
The imperialist (mainly U.S) project the “New Middle East” is the reactionary plan prepared to more vanquish our people and all our genuine revolutionary forces.
What our Arab nation is witnessing under that so-called “the Arabic spring” is the opposite of the Arab national Democratic revolution, the radical solution towards national and class emancipation.
It’s an imperialist plan of aggression against our nation and all her revolutionary forces struggling imperialism and its lackeys (Zionism and Arabic local puppets).it’s an aggression aiming to cut the way in front of the real radical popular revolution, defeat all revolutionary forces not willing to capitulate, aiming to further fragmentize our land on sectarian and ethnic basis and also to perpetuate their hegemony on our natural and strategic resources.
Our main task now is to stand firmly against the imperialist, Zionist and reactionary aggression, stripping all their old and “new made” local reactionary puppets. This aggression appears in all its details and risks through their targeting of our people in Syria. Our Arabic oppressed masses, The target of this aggression is the whole Arabic Nation, all her revolutionary oppressed classes, all her revolutionary recusant forces and not only in Syria.
This aggression war do not target Syria as a steadfast citadel against capitulation and as incubator of all resistant movements only but it is an attempt to impose new fragmentation project on our Arab country. A ”21st century Sykes-Picot “,a plan of further fragmentation on sectarian and ethnic basis of our land , sinking our people into reactionary civil conflicts and which its features can be seen through what happened and happening in Iraq, Sudan, Libya, Egypt, Lebanon and through the obscurantists gangs’ practices in Syria and other regions of our Arab motherland.
Those advocates claiming to overthrow the regime in Syria, claiming “the international Umbrella” and the “international intervention” of which the features are well known to us through all the Arab blood liquefied in Palestine, Iraq, Libya ,Somalia and Lebanon… and through the history of long struggle, do not represent any revolutionary project nor any revolutionary forces.
Those coming on imperialists tanks or claiming imperialists’ intervention, who are holding political power in diverse Arabic areas through electoral plays and parliamentary road co-existing with all class enemies (what is happening in Tunisia, Morocco, Libya and Egypt) can only be imperialists’ puppets and renewed lackeys serving her interests and insuring her hegemony on our Arabic people and can only be enemies to our oppressed people’s revolutionary ambitions, and will never represent an ally to our people’s causes nor defenders of our occupied land nor advocates to sustain the heroic national armed resistance.
Our Arabic Toiling people, Targeting Syria today is the assault on Arabic resistance and her steadfast forces, strategically, an attack on our sole option to achieve real national and class emancipation: the protracted Arabic people’s War ,an aggression on the path to which all efforts have to be mobilized . Targeting Syria today is serving mainly the world imperialism and its tools Zionists and local reactionary.
Thus, standing with Syria today is hugging on our revolutionary principles and path and aligning with our people. In short, it is defending armed resistance choice, forces and program. Standing against the imperialist Zionist reactionary aggression in all its forms, against fragmentation and the plan of targeting revolutionary programs and forces is standing in the same trench with those fighting imperialist intervention fragmentation plans, standing with those withstanding and providing sacrifices and Martyrs. Standing against the imperialist Zionist reactionary aggression is by the rejection of all peaceful illusions towards our enemies, by standing against all those sustaining the imperialist intervention and our country’s division (either by theorizing, by justifying, by fighting or even by adopting neutral attitudes).
Fighting this reactionary imperialist plan is also by mobilizing our people to stand against the imperialist Zionist reactionary aggression, by sustaining the national regime in Syria and her resistant Army in the actual running battle against NATO, Zionists and their local puppets : the compradors, feudal and Zionist Media (Aljazeera, Al-Arabia channels…) ,fighting this plan by disclosing the reality of the “New middle East” imperialist project in all its aspects (political, economic, cultural and military...)and down its practical slogan “the Arabic spring”.
The genuine revolutionary forces ought to persist and mobilize all her efforts to build the three magical weapons, the sole mean to save our people, liberate and unify our land and resources, our sole guarantee for Victory.
We are within a decisive battle of the whole nation in which there is no place to greyish attitudes or neutrality, trenches are clear and every shot bullet has her own specific direction …. Within this battle everybody has to choose his trench either with our Nation, with the oppressed and with the revolutionary resistant forces or with all the Imperialist Zionist reactionary opportunists’ aggression… No third trench.

Thankfully, the Jubilee hype is over and we just have the Team GB
hype to suffer on the run up to the London Olympics. We’ll still be having Onion
Jacks for breakfast, dinner and tea. The EBC and other Brit media outlets no
doubt will find other ways to be just as irritating.
Wotsisname, Leader of the Royal Labour Team GB says that Engerland
and poor old Wales must decide. No way. Jose. This is a matter for the Scottish
electorate and you can try and fiddle it all you like. Wisely, the SNP is not
allowing Westmonster to dictate the pace, wording, or timing. Keep it
simple chaps so that even the “don’t knows” can’t muck up.
The campaign has to make it a broad “rainbow” alliance based on a wide consensus. Even the Rainbow flag Fox, Colin shares a platform. Anyone with a passing acquainting with the SSP knows that they are for and against Independence. The SRSM did not leave them over who was allegedly having it off with whom, but because of the vindictive attitude to Scottish Independence and a self-racist, self-hating, self-deprecating, self-loathing campaign, not only from the Unionist Platforms, but by the ruling Militant led clique, with funny platform names, such as Socialist “unity”. Nothing more divisive than unity, eh, comrades? The fact that they cannot give a straight answer to a simple question and have to “debate it” tells you all you need to know about them. One Federal Unionist platform advocates spoiling the ballot paper and voting No.
You can guess the tortuous convoluted route of the rest of the platforms. “It disnae include; Gay Rights, Abortions, House of Lords, Monarchy”, etc. Then go on about Brian Soutar, as if Labour couldn’t out millionaire the SNP. The SNP took their own line and did not vote as Soapy Soutar wanted, despite the platform‘s repeated lies. This from the people who regularly voted down entrenching their own Clause V, for an Independent Socialist Scotland. By trickery at their own Conferences When it was allowed to the platform it was attacked by all those groups as racist, fascist and Stalinist,” etc. and Republican activists were isolated and vilified by their Brit Nat’s. The SSP National Secretary described their attitude to Independence as “ambivalent”. I created a storm by writing to the Herald and saying, no it wasn’t. It was duplicitous.
One Brit Nat Party who left during the split, the Socialist
Workers Party, now say they are voting Yes. Aboot time.
The Communist Party of Scotland have no doubts and support Independence all the way, unlike their former comrades in the SCP, formerly Great. Britain, who support the Abominable No men. The CPS is part of the “Scotland Alert” campaign for Independence.
I spoke to the Socialist Party, formerly SPGB, on one of their
Argyll Street tables “Against the Cuts” and asked how they would vote in the
referendum. Sorry I had to ask and sorry they had to think about it before
releasing a torrent about not knowing what the questions will be and who was
paying
for it.
I tried the next stall, “Fight Racism. Fight Imperialism“, the Revolutionary Communist group, who said YES YES.
Patrick Harvie MSP also shares the Broad Independence Referendum platform, somewhere over the rainbow. He admitted on TV that not all the Green Party members supported Independence. This was as revealing as being told that not all Rangers fans vote Green.
Alex Salmond says he has no plans for the Queen in her lifetime. She will be in her 90’s by the time we jump through all the hoops and obstacles set up the Brit Nat’s of all political persuasion In Merrie England there is strong opposition to Prince Cherlie, King in waiting, because he is too auld, etc. Could it be he is too radical, even for Tory Blair’s Cabinet, who were to the right of his many memos to Downing St? Still the SSP want to make an issue of the Monarchy, knowing it will precipitate a sectarian backlash, encouraged also by the Labour Catholic Mafia, who are not averse to doing deals with Orange Order against the SNP? You don’t need a Sash to be a Loyalist. Just look at the millionaire Loyalist Labourites on the Celtic Board. Both prefer an Anglican Queen House of Lords and Anglican Bishops to Socialism, or Independence. Be ready for more silly Brit tricks.

The leadership of Baburam Bhatterai and Prachanda in the Nepalese
revolution has disintegrated. It has shown that rightist reactionary politics
emerged again in Nepal’s history.
The situation has become difficult because
their leadership abandoned the goal of the People’s Federal Republic.
But because the proletarian current within the Party is strong the Party has not been damaged and even if we face temporary problems our revolution is safe.
Now the principal task of the revolutionary is to take the movement forward to victory.

We need to evaluate how Prachanda and Bhatterai diluted and corrupted our
politics and reach a clear solution based on the points below:
1. Programme of the Constitution Assembly
The objective of the
People’s War was a People’s Republic. After the sixth year of People’s War the
Party held its second congress and Prachanda declared that the call for a
Constitutional Assembly was a tactic towards achieving the strategic goal of a
republic. At the same meeting the debate started as to how the former could
mesh into the latter. Prachanda
said further that the establishment of a CA would validate PW. But now the CA
is not the instrument for enacting our programme but a weapon against it. It
proves that the capitulationist policies of Prachanda and Bhatterai were
cultivated under the call for a CA and that the PW was used a mechanism for
entering parliamentary institutions in an opportunist and reformist way.
There are two interesting facts regarding the Second Congress of the
Party; firstly Bhatterai agreed to the Prachanda Path and secondly the meeting
of Prachanda and Bhatterai with Delhi beforehand led to the call for a CA.
All
leaders and cadre knew that Bhatterai was opposed to centralized leadership at
the Fourth Plenum of the Party which was held in 1998, saying it would lead to
autocracy and counter-revolution.
Those close to Prachanda said this was
against the communist principle of democratic centralism and that he was a
rightist. Our Second Congress ended this debate within the Party with
centralized leadership entering the Party’s ideology in the same way as
Prachanda Path which after a three month dialogue became the ideology and
policy of the Party.
It is ironic that Bhatterai accepted this and became its
leading spokesman. Our fraternal communist parties’ world-wide did not agree
with this. If we go through these events we can see that Prachanda persuaded
Bhatterai to accept the Prachanda Path in return for him accepting the
parliamentary road.
Another interesting point is that the demand for a CA, round-table conference
and joint government appeared so suddenly at the Second Congress. If we asked
why it had happened in this way Prachanda answered cleverly that it was to give
legitimacy to the PW.
We now know
that the call for a CA was agreed by the Indian government and Bhatterai six
months prior to the Second Congress.
2. Stage and sub-stage Within the Revolution
When the Party agreed about the CA at the time Bhatterai proposed stage
and sub-stage theory which was opposed initially by comrades but gradually took
root. Prachanda never officially criticized it but used to say in Party meetings
that it was ‘bourgeois and rightist’. Bhatterai himself never used the term
‘bourgeois democracy’ until King Gyanendra’s seizure of power and dissolution
of parliament in 2004. But now it is proved that the stages of revolution
proposed by Bhatterai was to fuse PW with bourgeois democracy.
3. Institutional Development of Republican Democracy.
The Chunwang Plenum in 2005
of the Party declared the tactic of republican democracy by making an alliance
with the reactionary parties. It was intended as an interim move to pave the
way for a People’s Republic. Prachanda clearly stated in a Party document that
the communist party will to convert this stage into a PR; that the status quo
parties will try to establish bourgeois capitalism and that at this same point
the revolution will be focused. The whole Party agreed with this but after the
2006 Andolan (uprising) and the overthrow of Gyanendra Bhatterai then began to
use the term ‘republican democracy’. For our part cadres never discussed in
detail the implications of the institutional development of this project. This
term clearly implied that it was a pro-people’s state but that it was never the
strategy of the Party. It was not conducive for a semi-feudal, neo-colonial
country like Nepal where are the social structures remained the same.
It was always accepted within the Party that republican democracy was a transitional
tactic towards a People’s Republic and no more. Our strategy remained for the
latter but
Bhatterai’s concept of institutional development had the effect of
freezing that transition and worse entrenching bourgeois capitalist democracy.
This is not a eventual aim of a communist party and is capitulationist to
abandon the revolution to change the social and economic structure and the
general capitalist characteristics of the state.
4. Peace and Constitution
Now Prachanda and Bhatterai are focused on peace and constitution as if
all else is illusion.
They want a bourgeois constitution spelt out and are
criticizing those who want a revolutionary settlement for peace and
constitution. The fact is that we do not want a constitution with bourgeois characteristics
but instead one that will secure the rights of peasants, workers, janjatis,
Dalits, women and PLA. None of this is mentioned in the proposals they have put
forth.
Yes we need peace and constitution but one that is clearly defined. What
we have today asks the question as to how we can bring real peace? And what did
we struggle for in PW? These are the questions we need to concentrate on. We
had a type of peace and constitution before PW but in our analysis it was not
pro-people – to the contrary. It was a system that did not reflect their
interests but only those of the entrenched bourgeois-feudal classes. Therefore
the great PW was launched and a pro-people peace and constitution came to the
forefront. But now they are trying to rebuild the system as it was before and
this is unacceptable. It will designed to function for those who were the
ruling class in the past. This creates the necessity of struggle for a
pro-people settlement.
