USA: Mattis promises to "restrain" Iran if approved

Democracy and Class Struggle has been pointing out that Iran is target of new Kissinger Trump Foreign Policy for some months.

What is interesting in the senate hearings is how hostile some of the new appointments are to Russia including Mattis  - which is again what we expected.

We think those that think there will be improvement of US Russian relations of  under Trump are seriously mistaken.

We cannot conceive the Kissinger Trump terms of new relationship would be acceptable to Russia under Putin.

We also need to note Rex Tillerson's comment at Senate hearings on China.

 “We’re going to have to send China a clear signal that, first, the island-building stops and, second, your access to those islands also is not going to be allowed.”

2017 is going to bring unimaginable suprizes particularly in Asia.
