Comrades,
A warm red salute from
Galicia.
For the comrades that are part
of this delegation, it is an honor to be able to address those participating and
assert that, from this small country without state, from the Finisterrae
of Europe, there are women and men that look with happiness the victories of
the masses that today in India carry out revolutionary people´s war.
That learn
from their struggle and how they carry out the application of
Marxism-Leninism-Maoism to the concrete conditions of revolution. There are men
and women who firmly support the Indian sister people and work to apply also the
road to revolution to the concrete conditions of Galicia.
We send our greetings to the
Communist Party of India (Maoist), the heroic detachment who leads this glorious
struggle which cannot be crushed no matter what sort of crimes are carried out
against the people by the reactionaries.
A heartfelt lal salam
in memory of comrade Azad, of comrade Kishenyi, that together with thousands
of sons and daughters of the people, are today flames of the people´s
liberation, of the people´s war that moves forward in spite of the repressive
and criminal actions like Operation Green Hunt.
We have no doubt that the
blood-stained hands of the reactionary murderers will be cut by the masses.
Although they may seem strong or these criminals may believe it, they are just
paper tigers, in front of the masses people´s war which is almighty and
invincible.
Reactionaries think that by
killing and corrupting the people´s leaders, the revisionists, they can win the
war. They will only achieve extending the agony their own agony- of a
predatory and exploiting means of production, as behind each revolutionary
fallen fighter there will be a son or a daughter of the people that will take up
arms. This is what history tells us, no matter the imperialists persist in
re-writing or hiding it.
This firm conviction, that the
masses and only the masses are the ones that make history, is what makes us
become Communists, Maoists, revolutionaries, determined to give our lives for a
bright future.
This year we celebrate the
95th anniversary of the Great October Socialist
Revolution, when Lenin and the Bolsheviks took power and continued the path
drawn by the Paris Commune, opening the era to proletarian revolutions. We must
celebrate it! This is our calendar, the one of our class and not of the
exploiters and their false patriotic festivities.
The flames of revolution, of
people´s war, are lit in very different countries, from Peru to the
Philippines, from Turkey to Manipur, Afghanistan, Bhutan, etc¦ and all thanks
to the Communist detachments that armed with Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, mainly
Maoism, face the task of storming the skies which is the revolutionary
line drawn by Marx, Lenin and Mao.
In Peru, twenty years after
the arrest of Chairman Gonzalo, peoples war continues, advances and
strengthens under the leadership of the CP of Peru
.
In Nepal, the black betrayal
of the Prachanda/Bhattarai renegade and revisionist clique hit severely the
revolution in that country. But today, once again, the Maoists work for the
reconstruction of the Party and the prosecution of New Democratic revolution
under the leadership of Comrade Kiran and his comrades of the CPN-Maoist.
In the imperialist Europe, the working class and working people are undergoing a ferocious attack on their living and working conditions. Millions of unemployed, working families evicted from their houses or thousands of defrauded by the criminal banks. This situation has created, for the first time in many years of social peace in the imperialist countries, the objective conditions for a great revolutionary movement, which has to be accompanied by the subjective factor of class conscious awareness of the masses and the concentric construction of the three instruments: Party, People´s Army and United Front. Instruments which have to developed around a revolutionary political line, with a concrete and creative application, to the conditions of revolution in Europe of the great red flag of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
Comrades, do not have the least of
doubt that the best instrument of support, of solidarity with our brothers and
sisters of India is setting up the red flames of revolution in the old
capitalist Europe and the construction of a new proletarian Socialist Europe.
This has to be our main task.
