Court in Bologna does not accept charges of Public Prosecutor against (n)PCI, CARC Party and Association for Proletarian Solidarity

As for the trial, the result was good. The court decided not to accept the charges of the Public Prosecutor, but to examine the previous sentences in order to see whether it is the right position, and they take three months for the examination. Next hearing: 2^nd May.
